- Align marketing efforts with business and sales goals
- Promote services that we provide – maintaining our presence as a top HVAC and Plumbing service within our community
- Optimization of web presence: Google Analytics, Yelp, and overall Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Track ROI and adjust strategies as needed
- Generate leads via your marketing products
- Maintain communication with existing customer (email, newsletters, follow-ups) to encourage repeat business and sales
- Ensure the continuation of a strong brand presence via consistent tone, protecting/enhancing brand reputation, and managing online review/customer perception
- Analyze results and recommend improvements, while ensuring that leadership is in the know
- Support our organization with your marketing knowledge, while ensuring growth
- Eagerly take on other tasks that may arise
- Ready to roll up your sleeves, take on a challenge, and grow with us
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience OR no degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in trades or small business marketing
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and building brand presence
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including tools like Google Analytics, Yelp, etc.
- Proficiency in customer engagement strategies
- Strong understanding of ROI tracking and ability to adjust campaigns as needed
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” attitude
