- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage HVAC/Plumbing service and maintenance appointments
- Dispatch technicians and communicate job details, changes, or delays
- Create and update customer records, work orders, and service tickets
- Collect payments, process invoices, and assist with billing questions
- Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and unresolved issues
- Support technicians with paperwork, parts requests, and job documentation
- Maintain accurate records in dispatch or CRM software
- Assist with outbound calls for appointment reminders, maintenance renewals, and promotions
- Other related duties as assigned
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience required; HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a must)
- Comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving issues calmly
